Only those personal data are collected that are necessary to fulfill a certain part of our service or to send you information.

We only process personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if written permission has been given by the parent or legal representative.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. We only use services that process personal data if we have a processing agreement with it, if they are necessary for our services and information and if they can guarantee the secure storage of personal data with a guarantee for your privacy.
Your personal data will only be passed on if this is necessary for the purpose for which you gave permission and provided the personal data (sending a newsletter, purchasing a product, booking a service) or if this is legally required and permitted (for example in the context of a judicial investigation).
Third parties are engaged for:

Cross-border processing of personal data
Any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to a recipient who has his domicile or registered office in a country that is not covered by an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission will be governed by provisions of a data transfer agreement that either will contain the standard contractual clauses as defined if the “European Commission Decision of 5/02/2010 (Decision 2010/87/EC°”, or will offer appropriate guarantees through any other mechanism under the Privacy Legislation of any other regulations concerning the processing of personal data.
Storage of personal data
Unless a longer retention period is required or justified by law or by compliance with another legal obligation, oSérieux only stores your personal data for the period necessary to achieve and fulfill the goals, such as described in this Privacy Statement under ‘III. use personal data’.
Security of personal data
The computers and internet connections on which your personal data are stored and transported are protected as well as possible against hacking, installing malware and other improper use. The computers and the network can only be logged in with a username and password.
Everyone who works on behalf of oSérieux can view or know your personal data is bound by the confidentiality of that information.
A backup of the personal data is made in order to be able to restore it in the event of physical or technical incidents.
All employees of oSérieux have been informed about the importance of protecting personal data and privacy.
Notwithstanding the safety policy of oSérieux, the checks it carries out and the actions it carries out in this context, an infallible level of safety cannot be guaranteed. No method of transfer or transfer via the internet nor any method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so oSérieux cannot guarantee absolute security in this context.
Update Privacy Declaration
oSérieux is entitled to update this Privacy Statement by posting a new version on the websites. It is strongly recommended to regularly consult the websites and the relevant page on which the Privacy Statement is displayed in order to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS SERIOUSLY FOOD
Once you have booked and paid your food experience with Seriously Food you accept all our terms & conditions.
All sales are final – no refunds are possible once Seriously Food has delivered your personal food plan.
No refund is given, however it is possible to change to a new date. This change must be made no later than 10 days before the start of your booked food experience program in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Seriously Food may reconsider to rebook/reschedule your personal food tour in case of emergency. Please contact us via email@example.com if you need more information.
Seriously Food accepts no liability for illness, injury, or damage to others or personal property while eating/drinking at one of the food addresses on your personal food plan. We advise you to take a personal insurance.
Seriously Food is not responsible for travel arrangements to and from restaurants and/or bars on your personal food tour program.
Seriously Food is not responsible for payment of your restaurant or bar bills. Some restaurants/bars only accept cash. This will be clearly indicated in your program.
Any allergy must be notified to Seriously Food in writing prior to reservation of your personal tour program.
It is your own responsibility to be at the reserved restaurant at the right time (which is written in the confirmation email). Be aware that restaurants accept an arrival of max 15 minutes after reservation time. Should you not be able to join the restaurant at the agreed time, you will lose your reservation. Seriously Food cannot be held responsible for your late arrival and does not give any refund.
In case a restaurant is full or closed at date of your travel, Seriously Food will propose 2 restaurants of the same price category.
